  Q: How do I remove and install a front door interior sail panel and mirror on Saturn LS and LS1?

  A: Remove the front door interior sail panel using a panel tool to pry the sail panel off the interior door. If equipped, remove the foam insulator. If you're removing a power mirror, disconnect the electrical connector and remove the mounting nuts-one mounting nut is located behind the panel cover. Remove the three mirror retaining nuts and detach the mirror from the vehicle. Installation is the reverse of removal. For the inside mirror, remove the mirror retaining screw and slide the mirror up and off its base. Installation is the reverse of removal, ensuring the screw is tightened securely. If the mount plate itself has come off the windshield, adhesive kits are available at auto parts stores to resecure it. Follow the instructions included with the kit.
