- A:Start by disabling the airbag system. - If needed, raise the front of the vehicle and support it securely on jackstands. - Open the hood and remove the air deflector. - In the front wheel opening, remove the inner fender splash shield-to-bumper cover fasteners. - Detach any retaining screws securing the inner fender well extension panels to the bumper. - Disconnect the electrical connectors of cornering or side marker lamps. - Remove the fasteners and separate the bumper cover from the fenders. - Pull the bumper assembly straight out and away from the vehicle to remove it.Posted by GMPartsGiant Specialist
