Here are the steps to follow:Loosen the wheel lug nuts and raise the rear of the vehicle, supporting it securely on jackstands. Block the front wheels to prevent rolling.Release the parking brake.Remove the wheel. Note: Work on one brake assembly at a time to avoid mixing up parts.Remove the cotter pin (if equipped) and the nut retaining the brake drum.Remove the brake drums.
