- A:Disconnect the air intake hose and breather hose from the Air Filter Box. Disconnect the electrical connector from the intake air temperature sensor. Detach the clips and remove the Air Filter Box cover and the air filter element. Remove the three bolts and remove the Air Filter Box from the engine compartment. Remove the bolts that retain the Air Filter Box to the engine compartment. Installation is the reverse of removal.Posted by GMPartsGiant Specialist
