Today, the Pontiac Grand Prix is offered in 4 trim levels: base, GT, GTP, and the GXP. The base and GT trim house the standard 3.8L V6, while the GTP features a 3.8L V6 with supercharge. For the Pontiac Grand Prix GXP, the engine is the LS4 V8, a 5.3L active fuel management based on the LS1 block. Other features of the GXP included a 4 speed automatic transmissions, heads-up display, vented cross drilled brakes with PBR calipers, and suspension with Bilstein gas-charged struts.
