Genuine GM Throttle Body

The throttle body is the part of the car's air intake system that controls the amount of air flowing into the engine when the accelerator pedal is pressed. Without a fully functioning GM throttle body, air will not get drawn into the engine, which is necessary to create a proper fuel mixture to ignite combustion. Symptoms of a faulty throttle body include poor shifting of transmission and unsteady engine running.
