  A: Disconnect the negative Battery Cable, drain the radiator, then disconnect the heater inlet and outlet hoses at the dash, remove the blower inlet to firewall screws, remove the blower inlet, motor and wheel as an assembly, disconnect the control wires from the defroster door and vacuum hose diverter door actuator diaphragm and control cable from the temperature door lever, remove the four nuts securing the heater assembly to the dash, remove the screw securing the defroster outlet tab to the heater assembly, remove the heater assembly from the car, and remove the heater core from the heater assembly. Reverse the above steps for installation, refill cooling system, start engine check for leaks.
