- Q: How do you remove the Center Console?A: Apply the parking brake and place the gear shift lever in neutral and remove the left and right side trim panels and the gear shift trim plate by gently prying them out of their retaining clips with a flat-blade screwdriver. Remove the left and right side floor console screws, then lift the console up and over the shift lever. Disconnect any electrical connectors and remove the console from the vehicle. Installation is the reverse of removal.
