About Buick Park Avenue

Buick Park Avenue is a full-size luxury car manufactured by General Motors from 1990 to 2005 in United States and from 2007 to 2012 in China. Buick Park Avenue used to be a submodel of Buick Electra, it was introduced in 1990 for the first time as an independent model. Buick Park Avenue had gone through three generations in all.
The second generation Buick Park Avenue (1997-2005) was unveiled in October 1996 as a 2007 model. It offered base model and Ultra trim powered by 3.8 L Buick Series II V6 engine with 4-speed 4T65-E automatic and 4-speed 4T65-E HD automatic transmissions respectively. The third generation Buick Park Avenue (2007-2012) aimed at the Chinese market and never showed up in North America. It was designed to replace the Buick Royaum in China, offering base model, Elite model and Flagship model.
