About Buick Verano

Buick Verano is an entry-level luxury compact car manufactured by General Motors' division Buick since 2011. The first Buick Verano was introduced on January 10, 2011 as a front engine, front-wheel drive, five-passenger 4-door sedan. It is the first compact marketed by Buick in the United States since the 1998 Buick Skylark and has been produced through two generations.
The first generation Buick Verano (2011-2016) was unveiled at the 2011 North American International Auto Show and went on sale as a 2012 model. As a 4-door sedan, Buick Verano was available in trim levels such as base model and Sport Touring Edition. It was powered by a standard 2.4 L 180 hp LEA inline 4-cylinder gasoline or E85 ethanol engine with 171 b of torque, a 2.0 L 250 hp LHU inline 4-cylinder turbocharged gasoline engine with 260 lb of torque as well as a 1.6 L Family 1 inline 4-cylinder turbocharged gasoline engine exclusively for Chinese market Buick Verano. And these engines were fitted along with a 6-speed GM 6T40 automatic transmission, a 6-speed GM GT50 automatic transmission and a 6-speed GM F40-6 manual transmission. And as second generation Buick Verano (2016-present) introduced in 2015 was marketed exclusively for Chinese market, then we will not go into details.
