How to remove and install the headlight housing on Cadillac CTS?

For 2007 and earlier models, begin by removing the front bumper cover, then take out the pin-type retainers and headlight housing bolts. If equipped, disconnect the headlight washer hose, and pull the headlight housing straight out to release it from the ball stud while disconnecting the electrical connectors. For installation, follow the reverse order of removal. For 2008 and later models, start with the removal of the front bumper cover, followed by taking out the headlight housing fasteners. Pull out the headlight housing and disconnect the electrical connector by detaching the harness from the housing, and again, installation follows the reverse order of removal.
