To refill and bleed the intercooler you start by turning the bleed screw positioned at the top and right at the back of the intercooler radiator. Insert coolant and water in a ratio of half and half into the intercooler reservoir until coolant comes out of the bleeder and then tighten the bleeder screw. Proceed in topping up the coolant mixture up to the brim of the reservoir level as instructed. After the reservoir cap has been installed, the ignition key should be turned to the run position to allow the coolant pump to run for a few seconds then turn the key off, then immediately turn the key back to the run position then off. Turn the reservoir cap anticlockwise and take it off to look for bubbles, after 15 minutes add water and replace the reservoir cap. Continue this until the reservoir is full or until no more bubbles can be observed in the reservoir.
