How do you remove the fuel pressure regulator?

Relieve the fuel system pressure and disconnect the negative battery cable. Next, disconnect the vacuum hose from the fuel pressure regulator, remove the retainer clip from the fuel pressure regulator, and pull out the fuel pressure regulator. Remove and discard the old O-rings. The old filter should be removed and inspected for damage. Installation is the reverse of removal.
