To remove the instrument cluster, start by disconnecting the negative battery cable. Then, remove the
Center Console, knee bolsters, and dashboard end trim panels. Disconnect the electrical connectors at both ends of the instrument cluster and remove the dash pad. Next, remove the steering column mounting nuts/bolts and lower the column, disconnecting the intermediate shaft and tilt column cables and electrical connectors. Remove the instrument cluster center bracket bolts, glove box, and passenger airbag module. Finally, remove the nuts along the top and ends of the instrument cluster, lift it up, pull it rearward, and withdraw it from the vehicle. To reinstall, simply follow the steps in reverse.
