- Q: How to remove and install car speakers on Cadillac DTS?A:Disconnect the negative battery cable. Remove the radio bezel on early models or detach the instrument panel center bezel on later models. Remove the retaining screws and pull the radio outward to access the backside, then disconnect the electrical connectors and the antenna lead and lift the radio out of the instrument panel. Installation is the reverse of removal. For the front speakers, remove the front door trim panel. Remove the speaker retaining screws.
