If the wiper motor is not functioning, then the problem may be located with the fuse block and there could be a blown fuse. Second, take a look at the wiper/washer switch. Disconnect the connector from the motor and connect the battery positive at the Blue (Bl) motor terminal and the battery negative at the Black (B) motor terminal; the motor will rotate slowly. For the high-speed circuit connect the positive battery terminal into the BI/R terminal of the motor to Black B terminal to start the motor at high speed. A new motor is required if the motor does not operate in any of the tests, or if the stall torque is less than is required. To remove the motor, the connection between the cable and the negative terminal of the battery should be disconnected, electrical connector unplugged, and the mounting bolts and the motor and mount should be pulled away from the firewall. Thirdly, to disconnect the wiper linkage from the motor you need to turn behind and unscrew using the wrench the nut on the motor. Last sit the wiper motor and mount off the firewall and the installation process is done in the reverse manner of the removal process.
