The Chevrolet Suburban Blend Door Actuator achieves accurate temperature control in the cabin by adjusting the internal air mix door so that each passenger receives the precise temperature selected on the dash. Within a small enclosure, the Blend Door Actuator has a close-fitting electric motor and strong plastic gears that rotate effortlessly to let the HVAC system send cold summer air or warm defrost flow to the vents with split second accuracy.
