Q: How do you remove and install the MAF sensor on Chevrolet Trailblazer?
A: Between the air filter housing and the air intake duct, you will find the MAF sensor. Begin with the removal of air intake duct and resonator. Then disconnect electrical connector from MAF sensor. Thereafter, loose the hose clamp screws that hold MAF sensor to the air filter housing in V8 models or to the air intake duct in six- cylinder models. When removing MAF sensor from V8 models, just pull it off the top of the air filter housing cover. For six-cylinder models, remove MAF sensor by pulling off air intake duct and then pull off MAF sensor from between air filter housing and air intake duct. Install is opposite of removal. Ensure that the embossed arrow on the MAF sensor points towards engine direction.
