  Q: How to remove and install a Headlight Bulb on Chevrolet Blazer,S10,GMC Jimmy and Sonoma?

  A: To disconnect the negative cable from the battery, start by removing the radiator grille for sealed beam-type Headlights. Then, carefully remove the retainer screws without disturbing the adjusting screws. Pull the headlight out enough to unplug the connector and remove the headlight. To install the headlight, plug the connector in, position the headlight, and secure it with the retainer and screws. For composite headlights, open the hood and remove the two headlight retainers to drop the assembly forward and down. Reach behind the assembly to turn the bulb holder counterclockwise and unplug it. To install, plug the new bulb assembly into the electrical connector, insert it into the receptacle, and rotate clockwise to lock it into place.
