How to disconnect and install the stop light switch for Buick Skylark,Oldsmobile Omega and Pontiac Phoenix?

Disconnect the electrical lead from the brake light switch. Unscrew the switch from its mount. To install, insert the switch into its mount from the rear until the switch body is up against the mounting clip. Pull the brake pedal rearward until it stops. This will press the switch rearward in its clip and provide proper adjustment. Reconnect the electrical lead.
