Q: How to remove and replace a condenser in a system?
A: After system evacuation, disconnect the hose and liquid line fittings. Remove the screws from the top Radiator shroud and the bolts from the condenser. Tilt the radiator back and lift the condenser out. If replacing, transfer brackets and mounts to the new condenser. Installation is the reverse of removal. Use new, lubricated O-rings when installing hose and fittings. Recharge the system post-installation.
