Either switch can be replaced separately, so unplug the electrical connectors from the combination switch that needs replacement. Depress the claw in the switch and pull it from the steering column, taking care not to apply excessive force, as it may break the claw. To replace the cruise control switch, remove the driver's airbag, disconnect the electrical connector, and remove the bolt securing the switch. Installation follows the reverse order of removal.
