How do you remove and install the covers on a tilt steering column?

Moving the column to the lowest position of tilt steering columns. After that, take off the screws and separate it in two. The upper and lower steering column covers are removed by unscrewing the mounting screws of the steering column cover, then splitting them in half. It is important to note that installation is done through reversal of removal procedure.
