    Q:
How to replace the headlight bulbs on Chevrolet Camaro? Posted by Customer
    A:
Halogen headlights have a single bulb for both hi and lo beams until the 2013 models then from 2014, a headlamp has two bulbs for the two beams. First, take out the cable that was connected to the negative aspect of the battery pole. To get to the headlight bulbs, there is a need to pop the air filter housing on the left side. Third, unscrew the bulb cover on the rear portion of the housing of the headlight counter-clockwise. Subsequently, unscrew the bulb in anti-clockwise direction to separate it from the housing and pull out the electric connection plug. During the installation of the new bulb, make sure that the lugs on the operators of the bulb head go into the respective slots of the headlight casing, then fit in the bulb and twist it anticlockwise to lock into place. Do not touch the lamp with bare hands to avoid problems with overheating and, consequently, simple burnout of the bulb; if the bulb was touched, then use a piece of alcohol soaked in a piece of cloth to clean it. The process of installation is done in the real order of uninstallation, starting with the package and finishing with the application icon.

    Q:
How to remove and replace the headlight bulb on Chevrolet Equinox? Posted by Customer
    A:
Remove the headlight housing on 2009 and earlier models and remove the inner fender splash shield on 2010 and later models. Rotate the holder anticlockwise while pulling it off from the housing. Hold the bulb holder in one hand; pull it anticlockwise to remove from the housing. Remove the bulb from the headlight housing. Note where the bulb is, then take it out of its socket. Take the new bulb by its plastic base part only, insert it in its seat carefully keeping alignment on both sides, and properly position it inside the front lamp body. Properly align and install the bulb retainer, then twist right to lock it into place. The reverse process for removing is what is involved in installing this part of your vehicle; that is, you should do exactly as you did when taking out your headlight assembly to remove this piece also.

    Q:
How to replace the left-side headlight bulb on Chevrolet Malibu? Posted by Customer
    A:
To change the left side headlight bulb in a 2015 model or earlier (2016 Malibu Limited) the first step is to take out the windshield washer tube filler neck. Next, remove the access cover(s) installed at the backside of the headlight housing by turning it counter clockwise. Next you unscrew the bulb holder in the anti-clockwise direction to get it out of the housing area. Next remove the electrical connector from the headlight bulb and fit the connector to the new bulb holder. Last but not the least, replace the access cover.

    Q:
How to Remove and Install Halogen Headlight Bulbs on Chevrolet Traverse? Posted by Customer
    A:
Firstly, you need to remove the inner fender splash shield to get rid of the halogen headlight. The second step involves locating and turning off the round cover that safeguards bulbs anti-clockwise. It will thus open it up into bulb(s). Then from the headlight housing take out a bulb as you disconnect an electrical connector. You can fix this by connecting the new bulb holder's electrical connector then properly aligning and installing it into the housing. Finally, turn it clockwise so as to lock it in position and check if the light is working or not. Lastly, install back on a cover, inner fender splash shield, wheel and lug nuts afterwards lower down your vehicle then tightens all lug nuts according to torque specifications provided for.
