First, remove the nut attaching the insulator to the crossmember and the bolts attaching the insulator to the transmission. Then, raise the transmission slightly with a jack and remove the insulator. Finally, install the new mount by following the reverse of the removal procedure and make sure to tighten the nuts/bolts securely.
