The weight seems right, the diameter to fit in the hose from the GM 12556932 Hose-Crankcase_Vent (3.1" fits into 3.2"), however, the total circumference or length doesn't make much sense(13.3"). The reference of (1.5") seems to match the length of the male-end or in-fit section of the valve. On the discontinued part the GM 12572717Fitting, Pcv the dimensions are (4.5",4.2",1.5",0.40lbs); also makes sense for discontinuation as the male cannot fit the hose.
