To remove the front bumper of a truck, you need to support it with a jack or jack stand, disconnect electrical connectors at the fog lights, remove the radiator grille and fender liner fasteners, and detach the bumper with an assistant supporting it.

For the rear bumper cover, remove rear fender liners, lower fasteners at the bottom of the cover, top and inside fasteners on each side, and electrical connectors for rear backup sensors, and remove fasteners from the top of the cover. Installation for all bumpers is the reverse of removal.
