To remove the radiator, first disconnect the battery cable and drain the cooling system. Remove the radiator support cover, upper radiator hose, coolant air bleed pipe, lower radiator hose, and transmission cooler lines. If equipped with an external engine oil cooler, disconnect the engine oil cooler lines. Remove the engine cooling fans and mounting bolts, then lift the radiator from the engine compartment. Before installation, replace any damaged radiator hoses and hose clamps. To remove the coolant reservoir, disconnect the battery cable and drain the cooling system. Remove the air filter housing and detach the coolant hoses from the reservoir. Unscrew the mounting fasteners and remove the reservoir. Before installation, make sure the reservoir is clean and free of debris. Refill the cooling system and check for leaks after installation.
