Tighten the upper mount fasteners to the correct torque specifications and raise the lower control arm with a floor jack to simulate normal ride height before tightening the lower mounting fastener(s) to the proper torque specifications. Finally, install the wheel and lug nuts, lower the vehicle, and tighten the lug nuts to the specified torque.
