To have the Sway Bar Kit removed the front wheel lug nuts should be loosened and the front of the vehicle should be raised and supported with jackstands and the parking brake engaged and the rear wheels blocked. Subsequently, deflate the front tyres and then unbolt the wheels, unscrew the harness of the wheel speed sensor from the Sway Bar Link, and undo the link from the bar and the knuckle there; you might need to use a wrench to hold the ballstud if it turns with the nut. Remove the M8 bolts from the subframe bushing brackets and carefully slid the Sway Bar Kit out from between the subframe and the body. If you remove the Sway Bar Kit you also need to remove the retainer bushings, take a look whether they are cracked or whether they have taken excessive wear and if necessary install new ones. Unbolt the Sway Bar Bushing in the car body into access to the bushing The bushing area of the Sway Bar Kit should be cleaned using a stiff wire brush in case it is rusty or dirty. To install it, and before it is in place, the new bushing should be coated on both external and internal surfaces with vegetable oil and make sure that the slits open in the rear directions and finally reverse the order of resection while applying the right torque on the fasteners as recommended.
