- Q: How to remove the Air Filter Box on Cadillac DeVille?A:To remove the Mass Air Flow (MAF)/Intake Air Temperature (IAT) sensor, disconnect the electrical connector, loosen the hose clamp, and remove the duct. Next, unscrew the two fasteners attaching the upper half of the air filter box to the lower half, do not remove them completely. Remove the upper half of the box along with the air intake duct as a single assembly and take out the air filter element. Proceed to remove the screws on the PCM housing cover and remove the cover. Lift the PCM and its harness from the lower air filter box, and finally, remove the lower half of the air filter box. To install, simply reverse the steps taken during removal.
