How to remove and install Wiper Switch on Cadillac Fleetwood?

Windshield wiper control is a function of the Combination Switch on all other vehicles. To remove and install, first disconnect the negative battery cable. Ensure all switches on the switch module are OFF. Then, remove the instrument cluster trim plate. This involves removing the left side A/C vent, the radio trim plate, and the retaining screws and the trim plate. Next, remove the 2 retaining screws and pull the switch module out of the electrical connectors in the instrument cluster. Installation is simply the reverse of the removal procedure.
