How to remove and install the air filter box on Chevrolet Cruze?

Loosen the hose clamp and detach the outlet duct from the Air Filter Box. Disconnect the electrical connector from the Mass Air Flow (MAF) sensor and detach the wiring harness clip from the box cover. On 1.8L models with a Secondary Air Injection system, detach the secondary air injection pump hose from the Air Filter Box. Note: Some models are equipped with a drain hose attached to the bottom of the box. Detach this hose if present. Lift up on the box to work the mounting bosses from their mounts. Installation is the reverse of removal.
