Cover the body of the car as far as possible with clay and then lift the front part of the car up so that only its springs support its weight, and then put the wheels off. Place the ball stud nuts and torque tighten the same to the recommended value, ensure that the cotter pin hole is aligned and fit a new cotter pin. Torque the tie-rod to the recommended value, fit the splash shield, hub and rotor in the place. Latter protect the outer bearing and place the spindle washer and nut on and also place the caliper and wheels ; Lower the car to the ground.
