If functioning efficiently the audible click can be heard with the circuit on. If the turn signals work on one side only and the flasher unit cannot be heard, a burnt out bulb is common; if the flasher can be heard, that means there is a short in the wiring. If the turn signals blinks on each side then the problem might be with the fuse, the flasher unit/switch or there might be a problem with connection of the bulb and if the fuse has been a problem the wiring should be checked for short and a fuse should be replaced. The check of the hazard warning lamps are done in the same way as has been explained above.
