Raise the vehicle and support it securely on jackstands, then use a floor jack with a block of wood to solidly support the engine under the
Oil Pan. The right side mount is located at the passenger side (drivebelt end) of the vehicle; begin by removing the air filter housing. Unbolt the mount from the engine bracket and the vehicle frame, then remove it, ensuring the engine is supported either by an engine support fixture or a padded jack placed under the oil pan. For installation, follow the reverse order of removal and tighten the bolts to the specified torque. To address the front and rear mounts, remove the mount through-bolt to disconnect the front engine mount from the frame bracket, noting that the rear mount is similar. Next, remove the bolts from the transmission and then take out the mount. For installation, again follow the reverse order of removal and ensure the bolts are tightened to the specified torque.
