How to remove and install Steering Column Cover on Chevrolet Express?

To remove the steering wheel, start by removing the knee bolster trim panel on 2018 and later models. For tilt steering columns, move the column to the lowest position and remove the tilt lever. Then, remove the screws and separate the halves to remove the lower steering column cover. Raise the upper steering column cover and remove the ignition key lock cylinder. Finally, the upper cover can be removed. To install, simply follow the reverse of the removal procedure.
