- Q: How to remove and install the Center Console on Chevrolet Tracker?A:First, there are two Phillips screws on the side of the console which need to be unbolted secondly, there are two clips at the rear, to unbolt these clips the center pin needs to be pushed to unlock the rear console cover. For the preceding generations ensure that you use a 3 mm hex drive and remove the two screws at the back of the console. In the later models, remove the three rectangular shaped plastic retainers on each side of the console by releasing the centre pin and then, pulling the console off. To complement the process, installation should be done in the reverse manner to that of removals.
