How to raise the front of the Saturn LS and remove the horn?

Raise the front of the vehicle and place it securely on jackstands. Locate the horn at the right front corner of the vehicle, then disconnect the electrical connector from the horn. Remove the horn mounting nut and separate the horn from its mounting bracket. Installation is the reverse of removal.
