- Q: How to remove and install an antenna on Saturn Vue?A:To reach the mounting base-release tab, pry the fender away from the enclosure, and then unscrew the antenna mast from the mounting base. Platz is hinged on the inside edge; pry this trim away from the enclosure to remove it. Easy the connection from the antenna base lead and main antenna cable, unscrew the mounting nuts of the base and finally remove the base from the fender. To remove, follow the process mentioned in reverse order: Subsequently, disconnect the nAntenna cable from the radio and then from the radio take away the right inner fender splash and the other end of the connecting cable that belongs to the antenna base. To connect it, tape the new antenna cable to the end of the old one and pull through the firewall and when you are doing the reverse installation make sure that you check whether the cable is well fixed and if all the clips are well fixed.
