- Q: How to disconnect the headlight assembly and check the adjustment on Saturn Vue?A:Disconnect the cable from the negative battery terminal. Remove the upper headlight mounting bolts, and for 2002 through 2005 models, take out the side marker light housings. Disengage the headlight assembly lower retainer by pushing down the tab with a long screwdriver. Maneuver the housing out of the support structure by pulling the headlight assembly out and disconnecting the electrical connectors. Disconnect the electrical connectors from the bulb holders. Installation is the reverse of removal. Check the headlight adjustment.
