- A:To remove the blower, start by removing the two mounting screws. Then, disconnect the blower motor cooling tube and carefully pull the blower up and out of the housing. To remove the fan from the blower motor, squeeze the spring clip together and slide the fan off the shaft. For installation, first, attach the fan onto the motor and then insert the blower motor back into the heater housing, securing it with the mounting screws. Next, reattach the upper housing panel using the three mounting clips, ensuring that the cut edges are aligned properly.
