To replace the front Sway Bar Kit, one has to, first of all, lift the front part of the car and then to disconnect the Sway Bar Kit from the lower control arms. After that, unbolt the Sway Bar Kit brackets from the frame and also, raise the Sway Bar Kit. Remove the link bolts, spacers and rubber grommets from the lower control arms or Sway Bar Kit and check the condition of all parts concerned; damaged, worn or deteriorated link bolts, spacers or rubber grommets shall be replaced with new ones. If new frame bushings are required then easily install them over the Sway Bar Kit in a way that the slit is facing the front part of the car. When installing tighten the bolts loosely first and put the brackets over the bushings such that the Sway Bar Kit is centered between the brackets and then finally tighten up to the specified torque. After that, lower the vehicle to the ground then, raise the rear end and support the rear axle. Disconnect the Sway Bar Kit to lower control arm bracket fastener and extract the assembly to see the shims, if used. Position the bushings to the Sway Bar Kit, and put the bar in place before first tightening the retainers with bolts. The vehicle's weight should be on the rear axle only as the bolt is being torque-tightened; afterwards, lower the vehicle onto the ground.
