  • How do I make a request for a return/refund?

    To request for a return/refund, please submit an RMA on our Contact US page. Once we receive the request, we will review the details and provide further instructions within 1-2 business days.
  • Is it mandatory to have an RMA in order to return parts or accessories back to GMPartsGiant.com?

    Yes, an RMA is required in order to make a return. Parts returned without prior authorization will not be processed. Once the return is authorized, we must receive the item(s) within 30 calendar days from the receipt of the order. All packages must be postmarked two days prior to the 30th day or the return may be denial. RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued. The RMA form must be included inside the box together with the returning parts. If a customer sends the parts back without an RMA, they will be given the option to ship the parts back at their own cost.
  • What address should I send my return to?

    The return address will be provided to you on the RMA form. Follow the return instructions carefully. Returns may not go to the same address from which the parts came. We will email you the RMA information within 24-48 hours once your return request has been approved. Please be sure to check your email frequently for updates.
