How to replace fuel injectors and Fuel Rail in a Toyota Matrix and Pontiac Vibe?

Disconnect the battery and relieve fuel pressure. Remove the PCV hose, engine cover, and fuel injector connectors. Move the wiring harness and disconnect the fuel line. Remove the fuel rail and injectors, replacing the 0-ring and grommet on each. Replace cylinder head insulators. Lubricate 0-rings and install injectors onto the fuel rail. Ensure spacers are in place and install the fuel rail/injector assembly. Tighten mounting bolts. Reverse steps to finish.
