Saturn LS Hazard Warning Switch

The Saturn LS Hazard Warning Switch allows drivers to instantly make all four turn signal lamps flash simultaneously, providing a visible roadside warning of safety. Located on the dashboard, the Hazard Warning Switch engages emergency flashers with the touch of a button, which provides power to both turn circuits so all corners are pulsing together. The flashes are synchronized to flash at a fast pace, warning other traffic that the car is stopped or has an obstacle ahead, giving others time to slow down and avoid it. Every Saturn enjoys a simple push-to-toggle design that operates the same way when the vehicle is moving or parked. Within the LS range, only this compact button-style is applied, which focuses on reliable simultaneous flashing rather than additional gadgets. To make it intuitive for any driver or passenger, press once to light and press again to cancel, keeping the Hazard Warning Switch. Because the Hazard Warning Switch operates both circuits simultaneously at the same rhythm, visibility remains high during the day or night. This durable Hazard Warning Switch has remained unchanged across all Saturn LS years, ensuring identical fit, wiring, and immediate response when danger approaches.

Each OEM Saturn LS Hazard Warning Switch we offer is competitively priced and comes with the assurance of the manufacturer's warranty for the part. Furthermore, we guarantee the speedy delivery of your orders right to your doorstep. Our hassle-free return policy is also in place for your peace of mind.

Saturn LS Hazard Warning Switch Parts Questions & Experts Answers

  • Q: How to remove and replace Dimmer Switch, Hazard Warning Switch, Power Window Switch,Seat Heater Switch and Turn Signal Flasher on Saturn LS?
    A:
The center trim panel contains up to five switches, including the driver's seat heater, fog lamp, hazard flasher, traction control, and passenger's seat heater switches, with all except the hazard flasher controlling optional accessories. To remove the left heated front seat and fog lamp switches, tabs on both sides of the switch housing must be released using a small screwdriver or pick, allowing the switches to be pushed out from the backside; this method also applies to the traction control and right heated front seat switches. The hazard/turn signal flasher and switch unit, located centrally in the trim panel, controls the turn signal lights and exterior lights, with an audible click indicating proper function. If the turn signal indicator flashes rapidly, it may indicate a blown bulb, while failure of both turn signals on one side could suggest a blown fuse, faulty flasher unit, or a broken switch. The fuse for the turn signal and side marker lights is found in the engine compartment fuse/relay box, and if blown, wiring should be checked for shorts before replacing it. To replace the hazard flasher and switch assembly, tabs on both sides must be released, and the assembly pushed out from the backside, ensuring the new unit matches the original. For vehicles with both traction control and heated seats, the switches are part of the same assembly and must be replaced together if defective. The instrument panel dimmer switch requires the removal of the knee bolster and the left vent/dimmer switch assembly retaining screw, followed by pulling out the assembly and disconnecting the electrical connector, with the dimmer switch removed by depressing locking tabs. Power window switches in the center console can be pried out carefully with a panel removal tool or screwdriver, followed by disconnecting the electrical connector, with installation being the reverse of removal.
