- A:Using a pair of snap-ring pliers or an antenna tool, remove the antenna base retaining nut.- Apply tape to the body around the antenna to protect the paint.- Remove the antenna base nut.- Pry out the plastic clips securing the passenger side trunk finishing panels to access the antenna motor.- Detach the motor/base assembly retaining bolt(s).- Disconnect the antenna lead and electrical connector (if equipped).- Remove the antenna motor/base assembly from the vehicle.- Remove the antenna cable, disconnect the electrical connector at the antenna relay, and remove the bolts securing the antenna assembly.Posted by GMPartsGiant Specialist
