In order to remove the wheel you need to open the lug nuts, then lift the front part of the car, engage the parking brake and put blocks on the rear wheels to make sure it stays in position on jackstands. Then, come off the wheel and unscrew the tie-rod end's jam nut. Paint the connection of the tie-rod end with the thread section of the tie-rod with white color paint so that the required toe-in setting will be rectified at the time of assembling. Steering Knuckle arm, to the final remove the tie-rod end from the tie-rod. To install it, pass the tie-rod end through the tie-rod to the marked position and attach it to the steering arm; put on the castellated nut and torque it to the prescribed level, put on a new cotter pin. After doing this, tighten the jam nut securely, put the wheel, lower the car and finally torque the lug nuts to the right measure. Last of all, have the front end alignment done at the dealer service department or a professional center otherwise known as the alignment shop.
