Saturn LS Fuel Rail channels the pressurized gasoline from the pump to each injector, allowing for quick and precise delivery to maintain efficient combustion and low emissions. In the previous throttle body days, there was a single injector that sprayed fuel above the throttle plates. Thus, the Fuel Rail was internal to the compact TBI unit and was designed for moderate pressure. As the LS line migrated to electronic multiport injection, the Fuel Rail became an external metal or composite tube bolted along the intake runners, feeding individual port injectors just prior to the valves as a regulator maintains steady pressure while the computer adjusts the pulse width for idle or heavy load. More recent versions of today's Saturn sedans adopted the common rail style direct injection capable of extreme pressures, breaking the fuel into finer droplets for more power and less consumption. Regardless of generation, the Fuel Rail paired with a pressure regulator allows for measured flow, and it is this Fuel Rail evolution that shows the changes in materials, positioning, and pressure tolerance from integrated passages to robust high pressure manifolds capable of withstanding well over 2,000 bar to keep any Saturn LS running smoothly.
Each OEM Saturn LS Fuel Rail we offer is competitively priced and comes with the assurance of the manufacturer's warranty for the part. Furthermore, we guarantee the speedy delivery of your orders right to your doorstep. Our hassle-free return policy is also in place for your peace of mind.
