    A:
For the Samurai, remove the steering wheel and the steering column covers, then take out the Torx drive bolts that support the steering column and lower it. Next, remove the instrument cluster cover screws and the cover itself, followed by disconnecting the speedometer cable from the rear of the cluster. Unplug the wire harness connector by pressing the locking tab and then removing it from the instrument cluster. After that, take out the instrument cluster and check the printed circuit board for any flaws or breaks before replacing any components of the combination meter.
